Cancellation Policy
1. Service Agreement By booking transportation services with Lil’ Wheels Express, parents/guardians agree to abide by the terms outlined below. These policies ensure the safety and efficiency of our transportation services. 2. Safety & Conduct Policies A. Child Safety Requirements • All children must wear seat belts at all times while inside the vehicle. • Children must follow the driver’s safety instructions at all times. • Lil’ Wheels Express drivers are trained and background-checked for safety compliance. B. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Rules • Parents/guardians must ensure their child is ready at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. • Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before moving to the next stop. If a child is not present, the ride is forfeited for that trip. • A parent or authorized guardian must be present at drop-off unless prior authorization is given for the child to be dropped off alone. C. Behavior Expectations • No fighting, bullying, or disruptive behavior is allowed inside the vehicle. • Food, drinks (except water), and hazardous items are not permitted in the vehicle. • If a child engages in repeated misconduct, Lil’ Wheels Express reserves the right to suspend or terminate their service. A. Payment Terms • Payments must be made in advance before services are provided. • Late payments will result in service suspension until payment is received. • Payment options include [payment methods: Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Card, etc.]. B. Cancellations & Refunds • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable and will not be credited. • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may receive a credit toward future rides. • Lil’ Wheels Express reserves the right to cancel services due to severe weather, mechanical issues, or emergencies. In such cases, affected rides will be credited or rescheduled. 4. Scheduling & Availability • Parents must book weekly or monthly schedules in advance to ensure availability. • Changes to pick-up/drop-off locations require at least 48 hours’ notice and approval. • We do not operate on major holidays (list any blackout dates). 5. Liability & Disclaimer • Lil’ Wheels Express is not responsible for lost or forgotten items inside the vehicle. • In the event of unforeseen traffic delays, Lil’ Wheels Express will notify parents as soon as possible. • While we strive for punctuality, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to road conditions.
